Alison is an Empowerment Coach supporting professionals and entrepreneurs to create the career/business of their dreams.
She has established new businesses for herself and others in the UK and internationally. Alison has also worked for the worlds leading executive search firm building leadership teams for start-ups through to market leaders globally.
Overcoming many obstacles in her life, she understands the impact this can have on how we show up in the world and the stories we tell ourselves about who we can or cannot be.
At a stage in her life where she was exhausted, working all hours, unfulfilled and lacking direction she decided enough was enough, something had to change.
Alison worked with a coach, got clear on her values and goals and changed her life to pursue her dream. She is now inviting you to make the same transformation.
Alison is passionate about helping people connect to who they truly are and realise their infinite potential. Working with body and mind.
Outside of her coaching practice, Alison loves country walks with her gorgeous black lab, experimenting with different cuisines and travelling as much as she can.
